Get Up & Move:
It is recommended that adults move at least 30 mins a few times a week, but we really need to move our bodies a lot more. You should strive for 30-60 mins a day. Take a walk or ride your bike. This is a great time to be with your kids and learn more about them and share things about you. Either way, click on a video or link and get moving. As a supporter of kids moving more and learning skills through sports, we are providing free videos and links to help kids more move. Schedule at least 15-30 mins a day of activity for children to help them engage in movement. Videos coming soon. |
